What exactly does a "Nanni Visit" include?

Accepted Answer

A standard visit covers comprehensive care for your plants. This includes precision watering, leaf dusting for better indoor health, pruning, and a thorough pest inspection. For outdoor gardens, it includes weeding, harvesting ripe produce, and checking irrigation lines. Every visit concludes with a digital "Plant Care Report" sent straight to your phone.

Do I need to be home for the Nanni to visit?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily! For outdoor-only services, we just need access to your garden and a water source. For indoor care, many of our clients provide a spare key, lockbox code, or use a smart lock. All our Nannies are vetted and background-checked for your peace of mind.

Question 3

What if my plant is dying? Can you save it?

Accepted Answer

That's exactly what our "SOS" Emergency Call is for! While we can't save every plant, our experienced Nannies are experts at diagnosing issues like root rot, nutrient deficiencies, or pest infestations. We will provide a recovery plan and the necessary treatments to give your plant its best shot at a comeback.

Question 4

Do you provide the soil, pots, and fertilizers?

Accepted Answer

We bring our own specialized tools (pruners, moisture meters, etc.). For consumables like high-quality potting soil, fertilizers, or pest treatments, we can either use yours or provide them for a small "Add-On" fee listed in our transparent pricing.

Question 5

Is there a long-term commitment for the subscription?

Accepted Answer

No! You can choose our monthly "Peace of Mind" membership for ongoing care and priority booking or simply book a one-time "Vacation Visit" if you're just heading out of town. You have the flexibility to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
